New York’s Mandatory Sexual Harassment Training

In response to the #MeToo movement, the New York Legislature has proposed several initiatives aimed at preventing sexual harassment in the workplace. Among the items contained in the proposed legislation, are requirements that all New York employers provide sexual harassment training to all employees and establish a written non-harassment policy.  As our member, Chris Heyer, ESQ, and employment law practitioner, states “The pending New York legislation is a significant step toward eliminating sexual harassment in the workplace through educating employees and establishing enforcement policies concerning sexual harassment.”  To learn move, read the entire article at:
